Frequently Asked Questions
Everything you need to know about getting your Sacramento business online with SacBizPages.
The Service
What is SacBizPages?
SacBizPages is a hosted business directory for Sacramento-area small businesses. We build and host a professional webpage for your business — complete with your own subdomain and a unique QR code — for a flat annual fee. No custom development, no ongoing maintenance headaches.
What's included in my website?
Your site includes four sections — Home, About, Services, and Contact — plus a navigation menu, your choice of color theme, web hosting, and a unique QR code linked to your page. See the full details on the hosting page.
Is my site mobile-friendly?
Yes. Every SacBizPages site is built to be responsive and look clean on phones, tablets, and desktops.
What's the web address for my business page?
Your business gets its own subdomain: yourbusinessname.sacbizpages.com. You don't need to purchase or manage a domain.
Pricing & Payment
How much does it cost?
$500 per year. That's it — no setup fees, no per-hour charges, no hidden costs.
What payment methods do you accept?
Payment is processed through PayPal. You can pay with a credit card, debit card, or your PayPal balance.
How does annual renewal work?
You'll receive an invoice each year. Payment is due within 5 business days of receipt. If payment isn't received, your site will be taken offline until it is.
What happens if I don't renew?
Your website will be taken offline. Once payment is received, it goes back live within one business day. If you choose to cancel, your site is removed permanently. No partial-year refunds are issued.
Getting Started
How do I sign up?
Fill out the enrollment form on the hosting page. You'll provide your business details, choose a color theme, and submit your logo and any photos. We'll take it from there.
How long until my site goes live?
Typically within a few business days after we receive your enrollment and all your content.
Can I make changes after my site is published?
No. Your site is published once from the information you provide at enrollment. We don't offer ongoing edits or updates. This is how we keep the price low.
Do I own my website?
You own all the content you provide — text, images, and your logo. SacBizPages owns the subdomain and hosting infrastructure. If you cancel, you keep your content but the hosted page is removed.
QR Codes
What is the QR code for?
Each business gets a unique QR code that links directly to their SacBizPages website. You can print it on business cards, flyers, menus, or signage so customers can scan and visit your page instantly.
Does the QR code cost extra?
No. It's included with every listing at no additional charge.
